No u can't do that .... u have to take loan on u r own 401 but there side effect on taking loan on u r own 401 ... like the interest portion u don't get any tax benfits like other loans .... and one more ... for any reason if u leave the comapny ... u have to pay the totla 401loan amount in 60-90 days or u have to take the cash by paying penality
