EMES 145 sumthing unde..for some reason baaga taggindhi.. now it is bounching back..target malli 140 like dat undhi anukunta..so thinking...;)

I took admission in Harrisburg univ and when I asked ITU university to transfer SEVIS to my new univ, They said your sevis is denied(completed). its been 6 months since it was denied(completed). Now I have i20 from Harrisburg university, to make my SEVIS active and to maintain F1 status what are the possible ways I have.
