Telangana Employees Confederation, representing 46 unions, has staged a big rally near Indira park in Hyderabad on Saturday. The alleged that the present employees' leaders are working for their own political agenda at the expense of employees' rights. The TEC demanded the government to recognize it as a true Telangana Employees' union and take notice of their 9 demands. This confederation of Telangana government officers, employees, teachers, workers and pensioners has been constituted on Sept 18.

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రం ఏర్పడి ఐదు నెలలవుతున్నా తమ సమస్యలు మాత్రం ఎక్కడ వేసిన గొంగళి అక్కడే అన్న రీతిలో ఉన్నాయని ఆరోపిస్తూ తెలంగాణ ఉద్యోగులు ఆందోళన బాట పట్టారు. తమ సమస్యలను వెంటనే పరిష్కరించాలని కోరుతూ ఇందిరా పార్క్ నుంచి అంబేద్కర్ విగ్రహం వరకు ర్యాలీ చేపట్టారు. కొంతమంది తెలంగాణ ఉద్యోగ సంఘాల నేతలు తమ స్వీయ లాభాల కోసం, ఎమ్మెల్యే, ఎమ్మెల్సీ పదవుల కోసం... ఉద్యోగుల ప్రయోజనాలను పణంగా పెడుతున్నారని... అలాంటివారి నిజ స్వరూపాన్ని ఉద్యోగులందరూ గుర్తించాలని విన్నవించారు. ప్రభుత్వం వెంటనే తమ సమస్యలను పరిష్కరించక పోతే ఉద్యమాన్ని తీవ్రతరం చేస్తామని హెచ్చరించారు.
