Paying Bills In India From Us

Did anyone do this before using your credit/debit cards? I am trying to pay BSNL bill using my cards but the transactions are getting failed. Do you guys know the best way to do it?

BSNL gateways should be able to process cards from other countries. If yes call your card and ask them not to block on transactions from india. Out of country transactions ni default ga block chestsy fraud detection lo

 I called them. Looks like its the problem from India, apparently some companies dont accept foreign credit cards.
