Finca Bellavista is a treehouse community that stretches over 600 acres of rainforest in the South Pacific region of Costa Rica. Mateo and Erica Hogan, a married couple from Colorado, fell in love with Costa Rica and brought their vision of a treehouse community to life there.

Finca Bellavista stays closed during October due to the high amounts of rain.

This is base camp. It’s one of the only buildings at Finca Bellavista that uses electric power. It has a dining hall, open-air lounge, bath house, campfire ring, and wedding garden for the community.

Depending on the space you’d like to rent, nightly rates go from $100-$175.

3G cell services is available in most of the parcels so you can stay in touch with the world.
