An Indian Border Security Force (BSF) personnel  lights a candle to place along the fence as BSF personnel celebrate Diwali at the India-Pakistan Rajatal border post, about 45Km from Amritsar, on October 23, 2014. The Hindu festival of lights, Diwali, marks the homecoming of the God Lord Ram after vanquishing the demon king Ravana and symbolises taking people from darkness to light and the victory of good over evil.
