STAMPING AINA USCIS aina rendu h1 ee kada? okadu nachakapothe rfe antadu injkokadu 221g istahdu anthe teda..... nenu purely naa experience ni batti chepthunna.....if u want talk to ur employe ror comany lawyer ..take opinions from recently approved guys.......see what they will say.....endhuku employer name undali ane kadha ikkada doubt andhraki? bcoz they want to n=know if ur working legitemately like client knowing that ur not vendor's w-2 employee and u will be getting paid by ur employer and not depend on the vendor company.....if they cant mention emp name...just say them to mention that ur sub contractor to vendor ...that shud also work...... edhi kudarakapothe go with whatever u have ...u'll get it....
