For stamping, going to India is the best option...., unless you are one more Gorrey in the Gorreyla Mandha.

 

Please do a favor for yourself and ask the below question:

What will you do if your visa application is rejected or 221G type of case after few weeks?

 - This is a very common thing that can potentially happen to any applicant. FYI.., these days the percentage has gone up significantly.

 

Chances are you will then have to go to India from there(after few weeks or a month) in the meantime you may also loose the job or may have very well lost it already because you ran out of the approved break/vacation time. So from there you will go to India with high priced tickets because its totally unplanned and not to forget you might have already spent few thousands of dollars during your stay.

 

Cut chestey(Imagine) Now you are in a situation with 1. NO JOB, 2. NO MONEY(wasted money) & 3. NO HOPE because you can't even think of going for stamping in India without job, even if you do...., Rejection is sure. Appudu inka India lo joblu chusukovatamey.

 

My suggestion: (Take it or leave it)

Start looking for new projects ASAP, once that is confirmed book your flight tickets to India for your FEB visit at the same time block your visa appointment in the nearest location to your home town. Go to the Embassy on the very next day of your landing(if not the same day). By doing this you are not loosing your job, money and will gain trust in the embassy at your interview. Worst case scenario lo neeku India lo 221G echnia you are close to your family and eventually you will get the stamping.

Don't just blindly follow your fellow countrymen that always look for shortcuts. Do things in the right way, be brave and you will win.
