its a lil complicated, seller should fill out some forms and then you should send those docs to dcu, then dcu issues check on both your name and sellers name, on the back of the check both of you guys should sign off, sign off tarvatha evari peru meeda ayina bank lo veskovocchu, in case seller wanted only cash then you can talk to seller and tell him that you ll get him the cash, but ll need some time, give him some advance or something for 500 or something and then ask the seller to do the paper work, now what paper work u shuld work out with dcu itself, ask dcu to send check over night and then once the check is received go to seller and get him to sign on the back of the check, later on u can deposit or he can deposit (in this case he wants cash only) so u can deposit wait for a day, go to bank get the cash go to seller tell him to sign off the title and bill of sale filled out and you should go to dmv get ur temp tags or the seller can print one online depending on what state u r in, ee hassles annee enduku anukunte go for another deal, but for the most part cash talks..which z not gonna be easy with dcu auto, if its a personal loan its different.
