Should I have to send my employment verification letter, and other doucments of mine. 

 

Or my wife's employer verification and her documents ..??

Whoever is sponsoring their trip(as written in DS 160) - send their documents

As always, better to send both your`s and your spouse`s docs as safe measure..
(Even self sponsored ayina)...
