This letter serves to confirm that US,Inc., , and IT Services, Inc. are parties to an agreement under which IT Services, Inc.  employee  XXX, is providing full-time technical services  as a Programmer Analyst to US INC. Client,YYY, Inc.,located at [Address].The assignment began in Jan 2010.it  is ongoing and  expected to continue with multiple extensions.

Pursuant to the terms of the agreement between US,Inc. and  IT Services,XXX will remain at all times a W-2 employee  of   IT,while providing services to US INC. Client.IT alone is responsible for the payment of wages,for making required withholdings and contributions,and providing any required benefits.IT has the right to hire,fire,assign him to other companies,or make any employment decisions regarding Mr.XXX.All employment decisions are made by the employer,IT,to whom XXX reports and has the right to control.Neither US INC nor its client may assign Mr.XXX to assignments with other companies.

 

In Mr.XXX’s capacity as a Programmer Analyst, his primary responsibilities include,but are not limited to

• Analyze business requirements.
• Development of Business Intelligence solutions using SSRS & SSIS.
• Development of Database solutions using SQL Server.

4vikram is not an employee of our organization or of the client andhrafriends. His 

 

employer,employer name retains full and ultimate control over 4vikrams salary,
