Let share some EASY TO COOK low carb high protein food recipes...

 

lets start with breakfast...

 

 

bread omelette--

 

egg whites omelette( you get pure egg white mix in store) no salt no spice with toasted whole wheat bread with guac spread..yummyy

Is that for liquid egg whites or for egg whites taken from raw eggs?

or anni veggies tho soup cheskoni tagoch dinner ki..

 

soy beans, peas, sweet potato,aalu,carrot,corn..

for me mostly

 

toasted bread...peanut butter and 2% milk...!!

 

it at all outside tinalu antae..egg n cheese roll n again 2% milk coffee..!!

Break fast na recipies:

 

1. 3 egg w with  + 1 cup of raw oats +banana+ almond milk = put in blender for 3 min and pour it in pan...

 

 

2. 5 egg w with one whole egg slat to taste + onions+ pepers + some milk  pour it in pan ... after omlet roll it in whole wheat tortila....

lunch recipies...

 

1. brown rice cook it with some masala + onions .... chicken cooked in slow cooking pot with tomato basil leaves + some salt

 

2. brown rice cook it with some masala + onions tilapia bake it for 5 min topped with light mayo and paramsen cheese.. cook it for 20 min...
