p90x did man..... thats how my body is ....

 

I lost 15 lbs 2009 and gained back and lost 20 lbs in 2012  and gained back and 2014 till march I lost 18 pounds more....

 

if I work out I will stay in shape or else....will increase... next 6 months oka plan lay out chesaaa I will be back again.....

so you have problem losing weight aa?? or nee bone weight and body frame ekkuvaa??

Liquid diet ante em chestunnav bhayya 18 days nundi?

 

carrot +cucumber + parsley +kale + funnel + beet+ turmeric root+ ginger + lemon+orange - ivanni juice chestunnava?

so you have problem losing weight aa?? or nee bone weight and body frame ekkuvaa??

no na bone weight ekuvaa.... and I can loose weight if I do strict  gyming .... but na metabolism chall weak... if I stop boosting it  I will gain weight....

P90x baguntadi but u need lot of will power and resolution to finish it 2djomv.gif

ya correct eyyy marii aa matram kavalii kada daily needs kii I dont put any other fruit other than beet and orange...

 

bhayya nuvvu emaina supplements teeskuntavaa other than prejym?

 

nenu L-arginine supplement teesukundam anukuntunna.....any advice?

yes I used to take L-carnatine creatine multi vitamin. and jym shred which contains l-tyrosine cayenne greentea and acetyl l carnitine ... now detoxifying mode lo unaa kadaa no macro or supplements ....

ya work out chayaa kapoteyy atleast monthly 10-8 pounds easy ga perguguta...
