around 180lbs i guess. with 190lbs i feel health because of more bone weight.

but need to get back into discipline to go to 180lbs

Bro...nenu salmon ne mana regular indian spices with no salt and no oil......more lemon juice thi manate chesi deep freeze lo 15 min vunchi......george foreman grill lo 5 minutes cook chesthe...too gud vastadhi piece....

Bro...nenu salmon ne mana regular indian spices with no salt and no oil......more lemon juice thi manate chesi deep freeze lo 15 min vunchi......george foreman grill lo 5 minutes cook chesthe...too gud vastadhi piece....

salmon kanna tiliapa better antaru kada.... fish epudu grill chyaledu need too try....

wait penchali ante weights chesi muscle penchatame 

mix of both good mama.... cardio boosts ir metabolisim fast.... and weights will maintain that fat burn for at least 12 hrs...

naku oka time loo frustrate vachii... thyroid testlu chpichaaa... doctor undi... ur perfectly all right .... just that ur metabolism is low only medicine is just do cardio more...

nee workout intense untada mama ? max enthaa weights etutavu?? specfice gaa L arginine enduku ? I am not sure how it works.... but most of the BCAA lo untadi....

chala beginner nenu....max oka 60-70 lb bar ethagalanu :o

so you should be ok to start up with green tea fish oil multivitamins 2 times  and whey and pre workout ....then after increasing ur squat weight to >180 and dumbell bench press to 50 on each side....then start taking BCAA casein and Creatine
