so you should be ok to start up with green tea fish oil multivitamins 2 times  and whey and pre workout ....then after increasing ur squat weight to >180 and dumbell bench press to 50 on each side....then start taking BCAA casein and Creatine

Mari biceps and triceps penchataniki .... evaranna supplements vadatara ?? like these ..... enta varaku preferable ?

specfic gaa biceps and triceps kii only suppplements undavuu mama... they are just one more muscle part of our body... so only isolation exercises in gym and whey BCAA and casein will help...

shoulders ki kuda....dumb bells 30 dati povatle, bar oka 60 dati povatle....any tips :o

emii chestavuu anteyyy reps nii increase chyee.. for ex dumbbells 30 of 12 reps  and 3 sets chestavuu kada same exercise next time  30 pounds 14 reps and 4 sets chieee... go on adding ur reps and sets  3 rd week laa you should be able to do 40 pounds of 12 reps and 3 sets....if you cant  do 35 pounds ....

side effects antey antaa myth mama.... but taking too much of protein is bad for ur kidneys ur kidnies can filter out protein sot some extent( I was not believing in this but I got my self educated)   ....on long run  after u reach 35  ...

or anni veggies tho soup cheskoni tagoch dinner ki..

 

soy beans, peas, sweet potato,aalu,carrot,corn..

 nenu chala sarlu veggi soup try chesa. taste ravatledhu. koncham process cheppu baa
