10 miles running

there is no easy way or a short cut ..... cut your carbs , reduce ur calorie intake , substitute one meal in a day with salads and do cardio workout for atleast 1 to 1ndhalf hour each day for the next 3-4 months .....

yeah i know that pushups are very affective but i dont think thats the right way of doing it ..... workout chesey appudu you have to focus on the whole body , it shouldnt be confined to just the chest and the abs ..... pushups lo kuda 2-3 kinds untay kada ( inner , upper and lower ) and it tones the triceps as well .... but shoulders , obliques and back meeda kuda focus cheyakapothe ... the body shape will look weird as fck .... also , never skip a leg day

nuting like that bro...i have seen gus who does only cardio and pushups..no weight..nuting..still in tip-top condition...!!

Stop eating rice for dinner.

Eat your Dinner as early as possible like before 7:30 PM every day..
