donganaaK Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 nuting like that bro...i have seen gus who does only cardio and pushups..no weight..nuting..still in tip-top condition...!! wn i say pusups..that includes all types of pushups...!! yeah ... a few ppl will have good genes so the'll be naturally built that way .. but in general following a proper workout routine is adviced .... trust me on this , I've been workin out for a really long time now and its hard to maintain a good physique without following a good workout routine ..
