Abs em karma anni bayataki vasthay correction only 4 miles run( 2 miles jog + 2 miles sprint) 300 pushups(15 reps) 100 pullps( 10 reps) as i said ,water is the best part..if u really want to cut down ur weight...!!

donganaaK Posted October 29, 2014 Report Posted October 29, 2014 there is no easy way or a short cut ..... cut your carbs , reduce ur calorie intake , substitute one meal in a day with salads and do cardio workout for atleast 1 to 1ndhalf hour each day for the next 3-4 months .....

Keep on increasing this for every day. Stop eating rice for dinner. Eat your Dinner as early as possible like before 7:30 PM every day..
