already DS 160 submit chesi vunte u have to start a new DS-160

 

incase if u started u r DS160 and did not submit yet last to submit chese mundhu change to HYD or Chennai consulate in india

 

MRV or visa fee which u paid cannot be refunded and if u want to book a slot for india u need to pay again 12000 INR (190$)

then submit chese mundhu u can select HYD, India

 

fee which u paid is country specific. So anduke have to pay the fee again.
