Description: The Storage Area Networks engineer will be required to have strong knowledge in the area of: EMC/Clariion, Dell Compellent and other disk products. Switch products such as Brocade and Cisco. Brocade Network Advisor and other storage-related monitoring and management software. Implementation and management of EMC/Clariion and Dell Compellent data replication technologies across data-centers. Excellent technical skills experience with designing and managing large-scale and complex SAN/NAS storage arrays. STorage, Zoning, LUN sizing, Storage Pools, RAID implementations, volume configuration and allocation activities. Resolve storage system and SAN fabric performance issues. Disaster recovery process and implementation.

 

Skills Required:

 

- Experience in SAN technologies (FCP, iSCSI, FCIP, FC Routing)

- Configure and maintain Dell Compellent storage arrays

- Configure and maintain EMC CLARiiON storage arrays

- Experience with brocade switches design, management, and implementation

- Experience with Instant Replay, and snapshot, dell compellent skill set preferred

- Experience with storage system performance issue/troubleshooting

- Business continuity and disaster recovery (RPO/RTO, CDP)

- Experience with VMware Virtual Infrastructure integration and management

- Experience with performance tuning of storage infrastructure
