Laxminarayan Krishnamurthy had just received a package he had been waiting for from Snapdeal. It was a new phone.

 

Krishnamurthy excitedly opened the packaging for his new Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos Smartphone...

 

...only to find a bar of Vim soap and a stone scrubber!

 

Angered, he soon posted about Snapdeal's epic fail on Facebook.
