The chief secretary of Telangana and Director General of Police gave an explanation to the governor Narasimhan on the arrest of the chief secretary of Andhra Pradesh. 
Following the complaint of Telangana Labour department alleging that over Rs 600 crore has gone missing from the department?s bank account, the city police arrested Andhra Pradesh chief secretary.
