YSR Congress Party Paderu MLA D Eswari made serious allegations against Araku MP Geetha over bauxite mining. The clash started when some YSRCP members, opposed to Geeta in the party, started passing comments on her. She was asked to give an explanation on Rs. 6200 crore drawn from a Singapore bank. She said that Chief Minister Chandrababu has already made clear his stand on bauxite mining and that she will bind by that.
