my bank is paying lender fee of 3000. after that only i am ending up paying 11k. I am just paying regular, govt and escrow charges

give what selling is asking or pay $1-$2k more on list price of house.... & ask seller to pay above cost......usually old houses ki closing costs anni seller e pettukovali ani condition pettali

negotiate cheyyadam lo thappu ledu..... manam $1 - $2 vegetables ki negotiate chestham....alantidi house, car konetappudu negotiate cheyyali..... ala ani uthiga price cut adagoddu.....do ur research like , similar locale lo past houses sold prices, price per sq ft , intlo recent ga emaina changes chesada ?, kitchen appliances, windows , mesh, carpet, flooring, ceiling, roof, side walls framing, community lo recent estimations(if paying HOAs for condos & town houses,) etc anni research chesi....... appudu negotiate cheyyali.....

you are right baa..nenu kuda anni research chesanu. last 2 yrs nunchi research chesthunna. and full desi style negotiate chesa. same houses naaknate 60 sqft takkuva unna houses 335 ki vellinayi. that to in august and sept this year. nenu konna community lo naade least price. and this house is very near to train station. nenu rent ki ichina 2k to 2.5k easyga vastadi.

needi $5600 including escrow na?? new house kavatti transfer taxes undavu neeku. that makes lot of differnce. naaku maa realtor 1.5% back isthunnadu.
