Same thread.. 2 years back vesanu...I came to know quinoa thru this afdb. Quinoa best vayya. APART from qunioa try with brown rice. Dinner time lo I'm having only chapathi sometimes qunioa. weekends I eat anything irrespective of wht kind of rice to relish myself with biryani...
