employer applied a h1b based on old petition, he says he has applied premium processing. But I really doubt that.

When I open the case status it is in initial review, no where it says about premium processing

I remember something like clock will start, and finish in 15 days in the USCIS case status.


Please let us know, should the initial review message same for both premium and regular ..??

Or it vary..??

Your help would be much appreciated .

I know the email employer receive with petition number says premium or not..!!

But this guy just cut and paste the name and petition number and send to us....
