rvikram278 Posted November 4, 2014 Author Report Posted November 4, 2014 Thank you all..!! So as per Nissan email with receipt number comes only in premium processing. First h1b never used, so no SSN
AarJay Posted November 4, 2014 Report Posted November 4, 2014 employer applied a h1b based on old petition, he says he has applied premium processing. But I really doubt that. When I open the case status it is in initial review, no where it says about premium processing I remember something like clock will start, and finish in 15 days in the USCIS case status. Please let us know, should the initial review message same for both premium and regular ..?? Or it vary..?? Your help would be much appreciated . If there is "e-mail", it means PREMIUM. If it's "Mail", then it's REGULAR I see it's email, so it must be premium
