On October 30, 2014, we received this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER and we e-mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283.

 

wait for 3 weeks and call that number to see the status.

Thank you all..!!

So as per Nissan email with receipt number comes only in premium processing.

First h1b never used, so no SSN

employer applied a h1b based on old petition, he says he has applied premium processing. But I really doubt that.

When I open the case status it is in initial review, no where it says about premium processing

I remember something like clock will start, and finish in 15 days in the USCIS case status.


Please let us know, should the initial review message same for both premium and regular ..??

Or it vary..??
