Adhi submit chesina date ni priority date antaru.. Once labor approved, second stage 140.. Within 6 months of labor approval , u need to file 140. 140 approve aithe u can get H1 Extn after 6th year H1B. Third stage 485.. U need to wait till your priority date gets current to apply 485.
