ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ నూతన రాజధాని విజయవాడలో రోజుకో ఘరానా మోసం బయటపడుతోంది. తాజాగా రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యవహారంలో ఘరానా మోసం వెలుగుచూసింది. శారద అనే రియల్ ఎస్టేట్ వ్యాపారి కంచికచర్లలో శ్రీరాం డెవలెపర్స్ పేరిట వేసిన వెంఛర్ లో 30 ప్లాట్లను 80 మందికి విక్రయించింది. జరిగిన మోసం గ్రహించిన కొనుగోలుదారులు భవానీపురం పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ లో ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు. దీనిపై కేసు నమోదు చేసిన పోలీసులు, దర్యాప్తు చేస్తున్నారు.
