naa consultancy oodu  LCA aravai K ki run chesthu....base pay 5K standard ga petti ....

every alternative month bonus and incentives kindha rest of the pay lonchi konchem konchem run chesthunnaadu..........

 

like base pay : 5k , bonus 1000, incentives: 500 laagaa

 

naaku ardham kaavatlaa.... is it right way to do??

or do I need to ask him to run completely in base pay itself - what ever I get... like hourly count

 

I don't know - am I loosing more taxes?

Will I be get audited??

i think its better..........if u ask him to pay u every month some amount.......like in the form of expenses.......nduku ante maree antha ekkuva mee employer dagara unchadam gud idea kaadhu bro.........usually monthly expenses kindha.....phone bills....gas bills....or any travel expenses bills petti chala mandhi expenses laa pay chesthaaru employees ki..... nuvvu konhcam itla expenses la adigi teesukunte better......incase thaakuva amount ante not a problem future lo proj lekapothe pay roll ki panikostadhi but nee case lo chuustunte ekuuve unattu anipistundhi mari.......

LCA is only base pay. you can go over. thats not a prob. Bonus ki ekkuva taxes cut avuthayi. dont let him keep your money. Ask him to run evrything and not to keep any balances. if he insist, keep only one month that you can run when you are on bench..
