year end performance review lo ee objective undhi....asalu em raayali indhulo......naa field middleware and more into admin side.........asalu emem add cheyyacho....any idea....konni inputs ivvandi if you get any......

naku monna na employer gadu pampinchadu  edo performance review form ani,,, ..nenu pampiya le vaniki malli......chirak 10gindi va ee forms fil seyalante....

manage risk & control effectively - antey nuvvu chese daily pani lo, with using ur past exp( could be frameworks)  if there are any possible delays, pro-actively u take actions & avoid them.

idhi company wide add chesaaru and nenu admin side......naa work lo asalu ee objective side emi undadhu......but edho okati raayali kadha.....
