Wrong Fuel In Rental Car

My frnd filled with wrong fuel in rental car(instead of petrol,he pumped diesel) & he drove 1 mile after that car stopped.Then after rental company towed & replaced another  car .H e got amex CC insurance & personal car insurace...wt are further consequences on this matter....
