Bhayyas gym podamanukuntunnanu koncham muscle penchandaaniki ..Koncham diet ento cheppandi like breakfast,lunch etc and how many times per day tinali.

Depends on what you are looking to achieve  ? r u looking to burn fat or just gain muscle? must take lot of protein food to gain muscle . try elite  whey protein but only after work out and as  u r vegetarian options are less ..do u eat eggs?

 

Here is my Diet Plan

Weight 200 lbs

Breakfast at 9 AM :
Morning

1 bag of Gardein Meatless Chicken Strips (Soy)  ( i throw away the sauce pack)
+
75 gms elite whey protein

Lunch at 12 :
Afternoon 340 gms of steamed broccoli with
whole 1 pack of ( i mix both and eat , this is the only frozen item with low sodium i found )

Snacks 2-3 PM
Orange -1
Strawberry (1/2 cup)
Blue berry  (1/2 cup)

4 PM nuts'n more chocolate almond butter 2 tbsp

6 PM  1 cup oatmeal with 50 g protein shake +
2tbsp flax seed powder


7-8 PM crossfit 

8 PM 75g Protein shake


9 PM 340 gms of steamed broccoli/Paneer parotha ( i eat this after xtreme work out) 

Main thing is to be hydrated i drink around 4- 5 ltrs of water

Tue - Thu - Sat Crossfit

Deadlifts-

375 lbs max for 5 reps
300 lbs max ofr 10 reps

Chest press - 135 lbs - 5 reps

Ring rows 5- 10 reps 

+  WOD 

Thursday

 

Squats 230 lbs max for 10 rep

 strict press 5 - 10 reps 90  lbs

chinups 10 reps

 

 + Wod

time padthundi baa been doing for last 3 years and before i was hard core non veg just ipuude ala veggie try chesthunna.

non veg diet mida daily 5 eggs and 3-4 chicken breasts, salmon , broccoli and protein shake teeskune vadini

 

its all in  your mind baa im not very muscular but fit and lean ..oksari na tho oka telloudu deadlift chesthunde hes veru muscular 

kani 375 deadlift pedithe r u sure u can do it annadu ..so nenu 375 cheydam chusi shock tini vadu try chestha ani chesadu

but after that he could not go for another set ..so koncham mind set kuda untadi listen  to ur body ..

okesari heavy lift cheyadu increase gradually
