i feel u man...aa kastam mamulu kastam kaadhu :(

 

dont worry guys u will be there, take it slow , when i started deadlifts 3 years back i could deadlift 135 with lot of difficult .At that time also i was 200 lbs but full belly undedi then i started gym in 6 months went to 170 lbs and that time my body fat was down from 25 to 10 %  but now i am 200 again after a year but no belly thankfully.Form chala important in workouts so listen to ur body.

buddy  go for bootcamp work outs groupun lo chudu chala untayi and rice lite teesko try eating tofu  and soy curries with low sodium and with olive oil ,also  veggies to ur diet

yeah I'm at 11-12% body fat nw .... nenu only very lean muscle maintain chestha , so i dont usually aim at lifting heavy weights ..... usually medium weights tho ill do more reps and ill do supersets for everything ....

i used to live in the US earlier bro ...appudu easy ga undedi diet maintain cheyatam but now I'm in india so it has become dificult for me to maintain a diet after i came bk here.... and also almost 3 months gap ochindi workout ki , 

 

after 3months kastapadi oka diet set cheskunna ikkada ....

 

morning BF : 4-5egg whites and 2 yolks , oatmeal + milk + some raisins in it

 

at arnd 11-11:30 : almonds + cashews ( 20-30 pieces)

 

lunch : grilled chicken with cooked quinoa and veggies 

 

preworkout : Isopure Protein shake

 

after workout : ON Gold standard whey protein shake

 

 workout : abt 1 and half hr ( cadrio + weights ) ... i dont do much cardio because i'm afraid that it'll break down my muscle ..

 

evening : 1L mixed veggies juice ( with lime , ginger and honey )

 

dinner : I found this place called Inams Steak house that prepares excellent grilled chicken , i go and eat whatever i like there every other day or I'll have brown rice and regular curries and yogurt at home ...

 

 

I cheat on some days , but i do enough cardio  on those days, so i knw when to cheat lol

 

I'm not a foodie bro , I'm least interested in food , its been like 8-9 months that i came back to india and i only ate biryani like 4-5 times untill today , So its easy for me to maintain a strict diet .......

 

weekends i eat whatever i want , but even then i endup eating something with grilled chicken in it....

wow amazing dedication bro..us lo easy kani India lo ila diet maintain cheytam chaal kastham ..what all veggies do u eat ,how do u cook them ?

for the workout what he dose and the amount of the liquid intake ..... is equal....
