Well, this time it was (Aam Aadmi Party) MP Harinder Singh Khalsa’s son Surjit Singh in Punjab. He was talking constantly on phone while driving, in a red beaconed car which he is not entitled to have - and all this while he was allegedly drunk. Soon after being stopped he started misbehaving with the traffic cops. According to reports. He got into the scuffle with them, telling them “Do you know who I am?”
