Indian Citizenship To My Child

Please help me here.

 

Do you know the possibility of getting Indian citizenship to my child who is born in US. He is about 1 year 5 months old now.

He already hold the US passport and has PIO card and travelled to India.

Now we are thinking to get Indian Citizenship. Is it possible?

aina PIO ki em takkuva except owning agricultural lands & voting he is as good as a indian citizen...i vaguely remeber us born child ki india citizenship also parents can't renounce it only after attaing 18 years of age the child with his own will can renounce that citizenship....
