mama...movie industry is also a place where thousands of them earn livelyhood....if he encourages the exhibitor by sposnoring that amount...there might be craze generated in that city for people to come and watch that movie....as a result of  more publciity...if exhibitor earns good money...his family and friends/partners can survive...or earn profits...if they earn profits...they can spend well...if they spend well..economy might take a positive turn...if economy takes a positive turn...baks wil lstart issuing loans...real estate will improve...normal ppl will get more credit...they will get lower interest rates....some money can be sent overseas to provide for families ....perform marriages ...and who knows..a portion of it might also go to charity as u mentioned...... :D
