H1-B Visa Dropbox Chennai - Visa Arrival Time

I am going to Chennai for H1-B Visa DropBox, I took vacation only for 2 weeks and booked flights accordingly.

 

But my friends are saying that it takes atleast 3 weeks for dropbox method to get back the passport with visa stamp.

 

If any guys went recently to chennai consulate using dropbox method for H1-B Visa stamp and could tell me the time span it took for visa arrival after dropping documents, would really helpful for me.

Inperson attend ayyi...request the visa officer to return passport next day.

Else if u think dropbox is safe...drop the docs...

drop eligible ayi interview ki velthe most chsnces of getting RFE. chala mandiki vesaru bcz even though u r eligibld for drop u r coming for an appointmrnt and taking away other people chance of attending visa interview.
