I want to know what is the precentage of people who can understand and speak Hindi in Telangana and AP ?

Yes...400 years nizam vallu telugu ni nasanam chesaru telangana lo....only Urdu(hindi) everywhere....Thats the reason why most of the people there can speak hindi////.ee kcr gadu 85% above Hindu population vunna Urdu ni official language chesad telangana lo....worst gadu...
