afuser Posted November 11, 2014 Report Posted November 11, 2014 to answer your question you can .. date porting cheyochu anukuntaa .. but in case of EB1 porting avasaramu vudadhuu because they are always current. But your employer should be willing to sponsor your GC in EB1 (which is unlikely with desi). FT or jobs at college there are chances and your job profile should need you to have PhD, else lite....

Thanks bhayya....my friend's gc recently got approved and he applied by himself...it took around 6 months to get his gc...
