Suggestion To Db Owners

When we are going through a topic and scrolling down a page.

 

some times if we want to go to the top we are using the scroll bar to come to the top.

 

Instead i would like to suggest if there is possibility and skills with you guys

 

There should be a radio button traveling along with the scroll bar and

 

if we want to go to the top of a page half way through the page

 

with one click on it. it  should take us directly to the top of page
