Modati sem CPT iche kalasalo lo join aithe spring ki admission teesukovalani anukuntunna kani maa frnd suggestion ichadu to go for spring II session which starts on March 9, u can utilize your full OPT antunnadu, kani Feb 11 nunchi March 9 varaku out of status unta ani bhayam aithundi inthaku mundu masters lo kuda out of status ayyindi reinstatement chesaru OPT kuda radu anukunn kani lucky ga OPT vachindi so wat are my options. Please help me bhaiyyas in too much of tension.
bio Posted November 12, 2014 Report Posted November 12, 2014 nee opt feb 11th ki complete aithe march 9th varaku eh status lo untav man??, ur sevis will still be active but does NOT mean dat u can work legally anywhere, its just the grace period given by uncle sam to get ur baggage packed n go back, if u wanto work during dat period u cannot but yeah u can still stay here during the grace period, if will get ur admit to the new school from march 9th and you are not going to work during feb 11th n march 9th dat should be absolutely fyn. now its ur call.

kismat Posted November 12, 2014 Report Posted November 12, 2014 30 days grace period ani rule undhi kani...dont use it. naku and my frnds chala mandiki december lo OPT ext ayipothe already i-20 unna...classes Jan lo start ayiyay ani H1 appudu change of status deny ayindhi......and USCIS vadu clearly mention chesadu petitioner is out of status for following days ani......
