easy to make and good BF antey...

 

 

1. raw oats 1 cup +2 egg w+ banana +almond milk or soy milk little blend it and pour it in a hot pan after 3 min flip after 2 min put in plate and enjoy with 1 spoon of nutela ...6 min breakfast ready

 

2.5 egg w and 1 full egg some milk to make it pluffy beat it and pour it in a hot pan after 3 min flip after 2 min put in plate and heat whole wheat tortila both sides and put that omlet on top of this and roll it  7 min brakefast ready....

 

3. raw oats 1 cup + soy milk or almond milk +sliced banana +berries+ resiens stri with spoon and microwave it for 3 min and go for bath after bath eat it ( in between oats inka kasepuu cook ivutieee)

try this

12oz of egg white+2 spoons Peanut Butter+1 banana+ 2 handfull of Old fashioned quaker Oats

mix this all in a blender for 1-2mins.

Its very simple and easy bf to make. Protein and carbs

It will keep you full for good 2 hours.

simple kadha..malli daaniki y worrying..inka rats untae..pest control ki call chai...or nuvvae traps pettu..workput avvochu emo..!!
