He's smart enough to understand that developing Hyd will not benefit TG people, as much as it will help outsiders. and his coalition with MIM serves this purpose. Because BJP let down TG by allying with TDP. Totally useless alliance.

So they may form alliances. but muslims are too many in India to ignore. The more you ignore, the more resentment builds. Why not give representation, and take away minority status and the benefits that come with it? including access to foreign funds for religious NGOs or mosques?
