- aa agreement toh mi employer emi cheyyaledu, legally aa agreement is not valid ( oka vela vaadu case file chesina, we can fight saying I'm not comfortable working under him... vadi consultancy ke risk)

nenu client deggara 1 yr chesaka, they oppered FT, maa emp natakalu dobbadu... appudu mgr pilichi.. proj end aiyyaka- 1 yr dhaka ninnu memu hire chesukolemu as per agreement annadu.

 

I waited for 1 yr and tharuvatha... naaku aa patha client lo thelisina mgrs ki call chesthe... couple of weeks lo FT thesukunnaru..

 

bkd check lo, as per pay roll, maa emp no isthe.. vaadu naa mida natakalu dobbadu... but maa mgr ki thelusu kadha.. last time naaku FT opper isthe veedu natakalu dobbadu ani.. so bgd chk pail aiyna.. hire chesukunnaru
