Fox News Reports Obama To Announce 10-Point Immigration Plan As Early

• Unlike our prediction, the Fox News reported yesterday that Obama is planning to release this outline as early as next Friday, 11/21/2014. Some of the 10 points the Fox News reported would include:
  • Boosting Border Security
  • Change of Current Undocumented Youngster DACA Eligibility from June 2007 to 01/01/2010 to Expand the Program to Additional Groups
  • Deferred Action to Parents of U.S. Citizens
  • Deferred Action to Parents of Permanent Residents
  • Preference Naturalization Process for Those 200% Above Poverty Guideline Incomes
  • Half a Million Immigration Expansion to High Tech Foreign Workers
  • Implementation of Policy of Removal of Undocumented Immigrants on Priority Rules
• It is uncertain what half a million high tech foreign worker employment-based immigration reform will encompass, but there have been reports of elilimination of spouses and children from the annual numerical limit to foreign work immigration system and recapture of unused immigrant visas for the high tech foreign worker immigration. Report indicates that these two reforms could add about a half a million employment-based immigrant visas, wiping out the current backlog of employment-based immigration. Let see whether this report comes into the reality in terms of timing and extent of the reform. In fact, according to another report, the White House pushed back this report. We will see the potential political fallouts, should this be released before mid-December.

I dint expect that you guys will take this to heart. It's good to have hopes but look at reality too. Look at the number of people waiting vs number of available visas. I've been tracking this sh1t for a few years now. Bamma gaadu Emi Manchi cheddam ankunna, this whole proposed fix will not happen over night or in a year. Thr r several thousand people waiting to get gc in EB2/3. If anything I'm being more close to reality than anything. If I disappointed you in any way, I'm ready to apologize.
