u want to play good..antey u want to score runs..

sometime when u bcome more over cautious u tend to do mistakes..tht u wudnt do usually in ur regular game.

so start playin slow..

take up batting in steps... like play min 10 overs..watever happens..

and score 20 runs first...then take a step..to 15 overs and score 20 more..

after u get to a point..whn u think u got the balling..then go for big hits..

take it step by step..by all means play min of 5 overs or 20 balls atleast
