lol ledu le bro ....best diesel engine antey adey peru gurthochindi ..... antey u told that u wanted to change the process kada , can u please share nuvvu ela change cheddam ani suggest chesav ? ... do u want to change their manufacturing process .... usually pedha companies lo as long as things are working fine for them they wont change any processes , nuvvu entha mothukunna kaani nee maata evaru vinaru akkada .... So , dont feel bad abt it , thats just the way how that company works ....

Basic ga idi chaala old plant, still 60% Manual operations. Inthaku mundu only 2 Automation Engineers undevallu including nenu chepthunna kotha lead. Vallu roju fire fighting eeee... unna machine ki patch lu esi esi run cheyisthunnaru basic ga production numbers meet avvataniki...

Off course nenu eee plant ni choose chesukundi kuda anduke ekkuva room untadi changes cheyyataniki... Manager annaka weather he agrees or disagrees cheppedi vinali kaani... my machine ani evadu anadu... unless Alex cheppinattu Corp world lo inthe ante thappa...

but think about it from his poin of view .... oka vela mana suggestion teeskuni process change chesadey anuko , and by mistake edaina theda vachindi antey he will be responsible for it .... I dont think any Lead/Manager would be willing to take that kind of a risk for some one like us ....

 

So already unna process baaga nadusthunnantha varaku they wont usually bother to change it ...
