Hi , 

My h1b extension denied yesterday. Not sure what are reasons. My i 94 expires on nov 24.

 

I have applied for extension on same project , same location , same vendor and same  client  not sure why its got denied,

 

Is MTR is help full?

 

Can i apply change of employeer!
