Tora Posted November 17, 2014 Report Posted November 17, 2014 nope. in us, the process is you register as a voter and request for ballet before something like 180 days. they will mail ballet with special envelop to the voter house before election. the voter then fills the ballet and drops in usps box before election day. USPS then process those special envelops to the local jurisdiction in the same day. cutoff date to drop in mail box depends on constituency. they all counted at any cost for the candidate win. India lo elections duty lo vunna police force and some employees kuda, voting postal votes dwara ne chestharu... Valla vi counting separate ga vuntaye and majority lo kalaparu ani vinna.... only tie ainappude avi consider chestharu annaru..
